The forest of Mathieu Boisadan is burnt and visited by death too.
Around a sick body, black-clad men seem to perform a strange ceremony. The scene is haunted by memories of recent wars and of ancient artworks, deflated plastic balloons and shapes from Millet, Polenov, Manet and others masters.
The show, at Patricia Dorfmann gallery, finished Saturday but works by #MathieuBoisadan are still visible by appointment.
