Last Saturday, the Big International Galleries had their vernissages for their last exhibit of the season until the summer break.
Vik Muniz, at galerie Xippas, as usual goes deeper than the collective clichés he borrows.
His new pictures are made up from fragments of postcards and letters, traces of a slower written culture and of vanishing social conventions, replaced more and more by visual global signs.
