Bernard Plossu’s Italy is full of ordinary scenes, of banal views. But the endless exploration over years, through black and white or atemporal Carbon prints (beautiful!) in small or big formats is fascinating : the clichés of Italy are always defeated, contradicted in the next image or within the same one.
