For his second solo exhibition at Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac, Nick Oberthaler shows work stripped of all the values traditionally associated with art – there remain wallpaper fragments, a space enhanced by pink notes, something soothing, something playful, something that gently questions the nice pleasing big colorful trend in contemporary art.
