As with all insurance policies, there are some coverage exceptions, please read carefully the coverage for policy details.

On-site, we assist the students from day one. Our welcome package include details about local health care facilities, meeting points and procedures, and we dedicate several meetings to safety and health issues during our mandatory orientation. We inform students of safe and unsafe areas in Paris and other important topics.  PSAC’s staff regularly shares resources with other study abroad programs in Paris on health and security topics.
All participants in the program receive a list of trusted English-speaking doctors and medical services and an emergency contacts card (PSAC staff, local emergency services, US support lines, the local American embassy, taxi services) they are required to keep at all times. They can also call us at all time if an emergency arises.
Our staff will always assist students when necessary in obtaining medical care and prescription medication. In the event of serious illness or injury PSAC will assist the student in making arrangements to return home or his/her family to come over.
